In this episode of the HerStory Podcast, host Kylie King welcomes the inspiring Khadine Aharon, founder of Embrace Empowerment and the 2022 ALIBI Awards Phoenix Award winner. Khadine’s journey is a powerful testament to resilience; after a complete emotional and physical crash at age 25, she was diagnosed with complex PTSD, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia. Despite being told she might never work again, Khadine discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which transformed her health and life.
Khadine shares the fascinating science behind EFT, explaining how it bridges Western psychology and Eastern meridian systems to reduce cortisol and release stored trauma. Now an Accredited Social Worker and EFT Trainer, she is on a mission to impact communities across Australia. Through her generous scholarship program, Khadine has provided dozens of women with full training to take these life-changing skills back to their own communities, proving that healing is possible even after the deepest challenges.
