Membership, Community & Business Terms & Conditions

By accessing the ALIBI website, joining any ALIBI membership, purchasing any ALIBI product or participating in the ALIBI community, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About ALIBI
Australian Ladies in Business Initiative (“ALIBI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides business education, memberships, community spaces, events, digital products, and related services.
By joining any ALIBI program, membership, community or event, you agree to these Terms.
2. Memberships
ALIBI offers various memberships including (but not limited to):
- Social Growth Hub
- Aspiring Leaders
- Future programs, communities, and subscriptions
Membership gives access to content, resources, events, and/or community spaces depending on the level purchased.
Membership benefits may change over time as the community evolves.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access.
Prices may change with reasonable notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Access remains until the end of the billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused time unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Community Participation
ALIBI is a community-based platform. By participating you agree to:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism
- No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech
- No unsolicited pitching, spamming or self-promotion unless permitted
- No copying or reselling ALIBI content
We reserve the right to remove members who breach community standards.
6. Events & Workshops
Event tickets are non-transferable unless stated.
Some events may be recorded.
By attending, you consent to reasonable use of photos and videos for marketing purposes.
7. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
All ALIBI materials remain the intellectual property of ALIBI.
You may use content for personal business development only.
You may not:
- resell
- reproduce
- share
- white-label
any ALIBI content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer (Important)
ALIBI provides business education and community support.
We do not provide:
- legal advice
- financial advice
- tax advice
You are responsible for your own business decisions.
9. No Guarantee of Results
ALIBI does not guarantee any specific outcomes, income, business success, or results from participation in any membership, program, event or service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIBI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your participation in ALIBI programs, services, events or community spaces.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
11. Changes to Services
ALIBI may update, modify or discontinue any aspect of its memberships, services, content, or community offerings at any time.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but we reserve the right to evolve our offerings as the business grows.
12. Third-Party Platforms
ALIBI may deliver services via third-party platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Zoom, Stripe, GoHighLevel and email providers.
We are not responsible for outages, access issues or actions taken by third-party platforms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- these Terms are breached
- behaviour harms the community
- misuse of content occurs
No refunds apply in cases of termination for breach.
14. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
